The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho & Washington grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

Founded locally in 1986, our chapter recently celebrated granting our 4,000th wish to 4-year-old Colin who wished to go whale watching in Friday Harbor. Like Colin, there are currently 286 other children awaiting their wishes.

From dreams of sunbathing on warm sandy beaches to being a rockstar for the day to getting a soft, cuddly puppy, the wishes we grant provide a much-needed reprieve for these children and their families.
